​Access to and use of the ziviyom.com platform (including associated mobile applications and digital services, collectively referred to as the "Platform") is subject to the following Terms and Conditions, as well as all applicable international, national, and local laws. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

​1. Platform Overview & Intermediary Disclaimer

Ziviyom is a borderless Property Technology (PropTech) Platfom facilitating digital connections between property buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, short-stay guests, and real estate professionals. Ziviyom is not a licensed real estate agency, broker, developer, or legal/financial advisor. Ziviyom is not a party to any lease, sale, or booking agreement executed between users of the Platform.

​2. Intellectual Property Rights

All copyrights, trademarks, logos, software code, design layouts, and other intellectual property rights across the Platform are owned by Ziviyom and its affiliates. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view, print, or download Platform content solely for personal, non-commercial informational use. No content may be reproduced, sold, modified, scraped, or republished for commercial gain without prior written consent from Ziviyom.

​3. User Accounts & Responsibilities

• ​Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• ​You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities executed under your account.
• ​Ziviyom reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

​4. Listings, User Content & Representations

Users and verified agents uploading property details, images, pricing, or stay availability represent and warrant that they possess full legal authorization to market the property. Ziviyom does not independently verify all user-submitted property data and disclaims liability for inaccuracies, typographical errors, or unauthorized listings. Any content, feedback, or materials submitted to Ziviyom through the Platform become the non-exclusive property of Ziviyom.

​5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

• ​General Information: Platform content is compiled in good faith for general research purposes only. Ziviyom makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of any listing, service, or image.
• ​Exclusion of Damages: Ziviyom, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Platform access, platform downtime, missed bookings, financial transactions, or reliance on listing data.
• ​System Availability: Ziviyom is not liable for temporary Platform unavailability resulting from technical issues, server maintenance, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

​6. Third-Party Links & Services

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, external payment processors, or external services. These links are provided solely for user convenience. Ziviyom does not endorse, control, or accept liability for the content, security policies, or operational practices of third-party sites.

​7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any legal action or dispute arising from the use of this Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts designated by Ziviyom.
